Ingredients

    4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts-roasted
    1 small onion-diced
    5 vlasic baby kosher dills-diced
    8 tbsp kraft fat free mayo
    1 tbsp Gulden's brown mustard
    2 tbsp celery seed
    0.5 tsp fresh ground cracked pepper

Directions

Place chicken breasts in pan,sprinkling with approx. 1/2 tsp of fresh ground cracked black pepper. Roast in oven at 350 until thoroughly cooked.
Remove, allow to cool.
While waiting for chicken to cool, cut 1 small onion in quarters and chop finely in food processor.
Do the same with the 5 pickles.
Once4 chicken is cool, cut in chunks, and chop finely in food procesor.
Add all ingriedients to bowl
mix.
makes about 8 1/2 cup servings.
