Introduction

Ingredients

    1 jar pasta sauce
    1lb ground beef
    1 tub Toby's tofu dip and spread
    1 package Daiya Mozzarella "cheese"
    9 Lasagne noodles
    2 eggs

Directions

Brown beef. Mix eggs into tofu dip. Layer ingredients into 9x13 pan, starting w/sauce then noodles. After that, arrange however you like. Top with cheese.

Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 45 min or so

Serving Size: makes 12 squares
