Ingredients

    2 Cups Oat Flour (1.5 cups of oatmeal, ground)
    1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
    1 Small Pear (pureed)
    2 Tablespoons Ground Flax
    2 Tablespoons Walnuts (finely chopped)
    0.25 Cup Honey
    2 Tablespoons Blackstrap Molasses
    0.5 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
    0.75 Cup Water
    1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
    1 Tablespoon Fresh Grated Ginger

Tips

These are really moist, but they're supposed to be. You can substitute juice or milk for the water, but that will change the nutrition content.


Directions

Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients seperately. Combine. Fill a mini muffin pan with batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Makes 30.
