Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia) Cut into quarters.
    Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
    Salt, 1 dash
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp

Tips

Top with Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp to obtain the sweet & sour taste for something different.


Directions

In a medium size sauce pan add 1-2 cups of water and the following ingredients.
Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia)
Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
Salt, 1 dash
Cook covered on medium heat until cabbage is tender. If any liquid remains, drain and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1/2 to 1 cup servings.
