Ingredients

    3 medium Bananas
    2 cups dry oats
    1/3 cup unsweetened Applesauce
    2 tsp. Vanilla extract

Tips

You can add dried fruit or chocolate chips to these for a change in flavor, but that will change the nutritional info.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mash bananas. In medium bowl stir together mashed bananas, oatmeal, applesauce and vanilla. Mix well and let sit for 15 minutes. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. These cookies will not spread like flour cookies so you can place them closer together. Press the dough flat with a fork (like with peanut butter cookies). Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 24 cookies.
