    2 eggs
    2.75 tsp baking powder
    4 tbs molasses
    4 tbs brown sugar
    8 tbs sugar substitute
    1 c butter
    3 med bananas, ripe
    1 c apple diced
    1 tsp salt

Tips

add walnuts for more mouth feel
add vanilla


Directions

dice (small) bananas and apples
cream wet components
blend in dry ingredients
cook for 45 to 60 minutes
poke center with toothpick to test doneness
