Ingredients

    1 cup of frozen strawberries
    1 cup of frozen blueberries
    1 cup of Pineapple juice

Directions

Place the three ingredients or any other combination of frozen fruit into a blender with 1 cup of juice. Blend until smooth. Since the fruit is frozen, no ice is required.
