Ingredients

    1/2 cup canned PURE pumpkin
    1/4 cup liquid egg whites
    vanilla, stevia, other flavorings to taste
    1/2 tbsp carob chips

Directions

Combine pumpkin, egg whites, and your flavorings (I like to use toffee liquid stevia) in a microwavable dish. Microwave for 3 minutes or until cooked through.
Sprinkle with carob chips while still warm so that they get all melty and ENJOY! (will be hot)

Serving Size: makes 1 delicious serving

    This was a good snack! Be warned that it doubles in size - so use a large enough bowl or cup. I flavored mine with pumpkin pie spice and vanilla stevia, and I topped it with a little bit of whipped cream. - 6/9/12
