    !/2 c 2% milk
    1/2 c 1% cottage cheese
    1/2 c frozen strawberries
    1-2 Equal packets


Put milk, cottage cheese, and sweetener into blender. Blend for 20 seconds or until smooth.

Slowly pour in frozen strawberries while blender is still on. Blend until smooth.

If your shake is too thick, add 1-2 Tbsp milk to thin it out OR take a spatula and stir shake while blender is still going. This will help move any pieces that are blocking the blades.

Serving Size: makes 1 14 oz serving
