Ingredients

    1/4 cup ground flax
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp coconut oil
    1 egg
    1 packet stevia or truvia

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a mug and microwave for 50 seconds.
Allow to cool to a safe temperature and enjoy!

    Good basic start. A little dry and not much flavor. I used pure stevia as packets with add in have an aftertaste to me.
    Next time will add banana or applesauce with more cinnamon.
    We slather with grass fed butter as we eat more keto.
