Ingredients

    2 Onions, diced
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    4 cloves garlic, fresh pressed or minced
    8 cups vegetable bouillon
    2 cups red lentils, washed
    4 cups black beans, partially mashed
    3 limes (to taste)

Directions

Dice 2 onions, simmer until translucent.
Add 1 tsp cumin, black pepper, chili powder, and 1/2 tsp paprika
Add 4 cloves fresh pressed or minced garlic
Add 8 cups vegetable bouillon, bring to boil.
Add 2 cups washed red lentils, cook until tender, about 20 minutes
Add 4 cups of partially mashed black beans.
Garnish with lime juice.

Serving Size: Makes 20 cups
