Ingredients

    1/2 head of Cabbage, shredded
    2 cups carrots, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 cup sour cream, reduced fat
    3-4 Tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Directions

Mix shredded cabbage and carrots in large bowl
Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl and then toss with cabbage/carrots

Serving Size: makes approx 14 1-cup servings
