Ingredients

    Turkey carcuss
    1c light meat Turkey
    1c dark meat Turkey
    1 large onion chopped
    3 cloves garlic chopped
    4 carrots chopped
    1/2 large head cabbage chopped
    4c water
    2 tsp dried parsley
    1 tbsp dried basil
    1tsp ground oregano


Directions

In a large stock pot, brown Turkey carcuss. Add water and let turkey meat cook off the bones. Strain to remove bones, retain the liquid. To the liquid in the large stock pot, add your onions, cabbage, carrots cook until slightly tender. Add light and dark Turkey meat. With about 15 min of cooking time remaining add the parsley, basil, oregano. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
