    1 carrot
    1 potato
    2 tbsp onion powder
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    1.5 tbsp olive oil

Tips

I use left over potatoes, carrots and corned beef from St. Patrick's Day


Directions

peel and dice potato
add potato to hot oil in pan
crisp potato
add carrot, garlic, onion
heat through
