Introduction

Ingredients

    6 cups fresh spinach,, rinsed and dried
    1 cup fresh blueberries
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
    1 tomato, sliced
    1 pound top round steak
    salt
    black pepper
    Lite dressing

Tips

Strawberries can be used in place of blueberries


Directions

1. Season meat with salt & pepper and grill, when cooked thoroughly, slice thinly.
2. Arrange spinach on a large plate. Spread berries and walnuts, tomato slices and meat on top.
3. Drizzle with your favorite dressing. (Cutrus dressings taste especially good on this salad)
