Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 2 tsp
    Low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tbsp
    Worcester sauce, 2 tsp
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp minced
    Garlic, 2 tsp minced
    Kosher Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
    Egg, 2 large
    Onions, 1/2 medium, minced
    Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 12 oz bag
    Extra Firm Tofu, 12 oz, cut into small cubes
    Cooked Brown Rice (3 c)

Tips

Original recipe calls for 2 tbsp soy sauce, but I only had one left when I made this :)


Directions

Toss all ingredients into a 4-qt slow cooker, mixing well. Cook on high for 2-2.5 ohours, or on low for 4 hours.
