Introduction

Ingredients

    28 oz. Canned Crushed Tomatoes
    28 oz. Canned Diced Tomatoes
    6 oz. Tomato Paste
    1 med. onion
    4 cloves garlic
    3 ribs celery
    2 T. Cumin
    2 T. Ancho Chili Powder
    Several shakes of Tabasco
    4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. pepper
    1 packet of Sweet n Low

Tips

Sometimes I also add canned mushrooms and 3 beef bullion cubes.


Directions

Cook the ground beef, rinse off any fat. Cook onions, garlic and celery in chicken broth until transparent. Add beef back into pot. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder. Add cans of crushed and diced tomato. Add shakes of Tabasco to taste and a packet of Sweet n Low.

Serving Size: Makes 12 - 1 cup servings
