Ingredients

    6 oz. can of smoked salmon
    2 oz lime flavored tortilla chip crumbs
    1 egg beaten
    pepper
    salsa or pico de gallo

Tips

Don't just go adding salt! Remember the chips are already very salty (especially if you are using the crumbs from the bottom of the bag)


Directions

blend tortilla chip crumbs until finely ground add pepper (and cayenne if desired)
combine flaked salmon and beaten egg
add chip crumbs until patty can be formed
brown in hot skillet 1.5 minutes per side
top with salsa or pico de gallo
