    -perdue turkey breast fillet- 99% fat free, 12 oz

    -Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1/4c

    -Half A Yellow Onion

    -Garlic, chopped, 3 tbsp

    -White Wine, Regina Cooking, 2 tbsp

    -Fat Free Chicken Broth , lower Sodium per 2/3 cup or 150 ml, 1 cup

    Bertolli EVOO (2 tbsp)

Directions

brown onion and garlic in evoo. brown turkey on both sides in this mixture. add chicken broth and dijon. cook till turkey reaches 170 degrees internal temp.
