Ingredients

    Crushed saltines 1/2 cup
    1 large egg
    2teaspoon mustard
    Mixed togeather to form 4 patties
    cook in 1/4 cup canola oil
    pat each pattie to remove all possible oil

Directions

Combine ingredients, add canola oil to frying pan and cook until brown on both sides. Remove from pan and lay on paper towels to blot excess oil.

Serving Size: makes 4 samll patties
