Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1 peeled Kiwi
    1 cup frozen Blueberries
    2 small bananas
    4 cups of fresh spinach
    2 Tbsp flax meal

Tips

Can change up the greens or fruit according to what you have on hand. Can add Kale, cucumbers, mint, ginger. Try anything that tastes good to you.


Directions

Mix ingredients in blender in order listed and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
