    2 C. butter flavored Crisco
    2 C. white sugar
    2 C. brown sugar, packed
    4 eggs
    4 C. flour
    2 t. baking soda
    2 t baking powder
    1 t. salt
    2 t. vanilla
    5 C. oatmeal
    12 oz. milk chocolate chips
    12 oz. white chocolate chips


Dough can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to use.
Usually I freeze the baked cookies and microwave them indiviually for 10-15 seconds. Warm like they just
came out of the oven.

Really need a kitchenaid mixer or a strong arm to mix the batter.


Mix Crisco and sugars until well blended.
Add eggs one at a time.
In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture.
Add vanilla and oatmeal. Mix only until blended.
Fold in chocoalte chips.
Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop dough on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
Best if underbaked a little and finished on cookie sheet.
Makes 5 dozen cookies

Serving Size: Makes 60 cookies; 1 cookie/serving
