Ingredients

    1Lb Pork Tenderloin(Cut into thin strips)
    1 Cup Chicken Broth
    1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
    3 TBSP Corn Starch
    1 tsp Ginger (ground)
    1 Clove Garlic (minced)
    1 Cup Carrots (sliced thin)
    1 Cup Celery (sliced thin)
    1 Cup Onions (Cut into wedges)
    1 Cup Cabbage (shredded)
    1 Cup Spinach (Shredded)

Tips

Don't over-cook or vegetables will be limp & soggy.


Directions

1. Combine broth, soy sauce, cornstarch & ginger. Set aside.
2. Coat large wok w/ non-stick cooking spray.
3. Heat wok to med-high heat or 375.
4. Add pork & garlic. Stir fry for 5min. Add carrots, celery, onions, spinach & cabbage. Stir fry for 3 min.
5. Add broth mixture & stir fry for 3 min.
