Introduction

Ingredients

    1 small pack (12oz) of lite silken tofu
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup unflavored soymilk
    1 tablespoon Nutritional yeast. (You can omit this if you don't have it. It just adds a nice buttermilk-like tang.)
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1 teaspoon seasoning salt
    3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
    1/8 teaspoon dill weed

Tips

Add extra black pepper OR cumin OR extra dill for extra flavor! Experiment with your own spices.

If the sodium is too high for you, just omit the salt.


Directions

Blend ingredients in food processor until creamy. Chill for a few hours to thicken. The longer it sits, the better it tastes.

Serving Size: Makes about 16 2-tablespoon servings.
