Ingredients

    1 # Shrimp, boiled and peeled
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 cup Onion, chopped
    0.5 cup chopped green peppers
    0.25 cup Green Chilies (optional)
    1 Tblsp Olive Oil
    1.5 Cups Black beans
    20 Jumbo black olives (chopped)
    .25 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Saute onions, peppers, garlic in olive oil until softened. Add Shrimp and black beans. Heat through. Add olives. Heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve.
