Ingredients

Honey
Orange Juice
Boneless Skinless Chicken breast (5 in recipe calculations)
Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning
Non stick cooking spray
Directions
I made this recipe with 5 chicken breasts...but the same amount of sauce will work with more.
cook chicken in a skillet sprayed with non stick spray, after sprinkling with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb generously. When pan becomes dry add about 1/2 cup of water and flip breasts occasionally until they are cooked through and browned a little.
In a seperate bowl mix 1 cup of orange juice and 1/4 cup of honey, if juice is very cold and honey wont mix just put in microwave for about 1/2 a minute, then stir well and pour some over each breast until its all used up...let continue to cook flipping often until the liquid cooks down to a syrup consistency. I like to serve with some brown rice and a veggie stir fry. Very sweet and sour chicken like.
