Ingredients

    3 nice sized skinless chicken breast/grilled/cut into medium strips
    1-10oz bag of frozen or 2 fresh Broccolli heads
    1 -box of Whole wheat noodle
    3 - cansDiced tomatoes
    Season (tony checkers)
    2 -table spoons of Sour cream

Tips

Serve with corn bread and Ice tea.


Directions

Grill chicken breat with Pam or any low fat cooking oil
place asided. Then add to the pan 3 cans of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of sour cream and stir. Cook pasta ahead of time for about 10 to 12 minutes and then add with broccolli and chicken and simmer until broccolli is slightly tender.
