Ingredients

1/3 of a large banana (about 50 grams), frozen
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (no added sugar variety)
1/4 cup of coffee, frozen in ice cube trays
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder

1/2 tsp. guar gum, if you have it (this gets the shake nice and thick, but it's optional)
1 oz. half and half, optional
    Sweetener to taste

Tips

It only takes about 10 ounces of coffee to fill an entire ice cube tray. Use the cubes for smoothies or for iced coffee that never gets watered down.

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender at its highest speed until thick and creamy. Serve in a tall glass with a cute straw!
