Ingredients

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup crisp rice cereal, coarsely crushed
2 tablespoons plus 1/2 cup Splenda, divided
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread, melted
2 tbsp water
Directions
Mix flour, crushed cereal, 2 tablespoons Splenda, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Cut in butter spread with pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add in nonfat milk and stir just until moistened.
Roll dough into approximately 2 1/2 dozen 1" balls.
Mix cinnamon and remaining Splenda in a small bowl. Drop balls into melted butter and water mixture and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place balls onto greased 8 or 9 inch cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for a few minutes in pan on wire rack before removing.
Enjoy!!
