Introduction

Easy to make at home. Easy to make at home.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Athenos reduced fat feta cheese (2.5 oz)
    Spinach (1 C fresh, washed and chopped roughly)
    2 Medium mushrooms (washed and chopped roughly)
    Olive oil Non stick spray (like Pam*)
    Basil
    Oregano
    2 Slices of provolone cheese (just torn into pices)


Directions

Spray crust with non-stick olive oil spray, top with spices
Top with veggies and feta and provolone.
Bake at 425 F for 8 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 1 12" pizza (cut into 6 slices)
