Introduction

These are a great snack or for breakfast on the go. These are a great snack or for breakfast on the go.

Ingredients

    Flour
    whole wheat flour
    baking powder
    brown sugar
    light margerine
    vanilla
    dried cranberrys
    non fat vanilla yogurt
    orange rind
    egg

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together, cut in margerine. Add in orange rind, orange juice, egg, and yogurt. Mix until combined. Scoop out onto greased baking sheet. 400 degrees for 20 min. Enjoy!
