Ingredients

    Bob’s Red Mill Muesli, 0.5 cup
    Granola cereal, 0.5 cup
    Holy Crap Cereal (chia seeds and shelled hemp hearts), 1 tbsp
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup
    Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, 0.5 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tsp
    Baking Soda, 0.25 tsp
    Sea Salt, pinch
    Maple Syrup, 0.5 cup
    Canola Oil, 0.25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 0.25 tsp
    Unsweetened Applesauce, 0.5 cup
    Raisins, 0.5 cup (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl - make sure to blend well. Let sit for 5 minutes and mix again.

Drop by the spoonful onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven. They will be very soft, so let them set for about 10 minutes before enjoying.
