Introduction

This was just something I threw together when I desperately needed to go grocery shopping to restock my food supply. It doesn't sound good together & it doesn't look great, but it actually is pretty delicious. I liked it so much I made it again on purpose. Ingredients

    2.5 cups of uncooked 15 minute brown rice
    2-2.5 cups of water
    1 can of cream of chicken soup
    3 tbs of butter
    3 slices of american cheese

    3-5 oz of grilled chicken strips (frozen)
    1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
    1/2 frozen corn

Directions

Put the rice, water, can of soup, butter, & cheese into a rice cooker and let it cook together.

In a skillet add the chopped peppers, frozen chicken strips, & frozen corn. Heat together. You may want to add a little olive oil.

Once both are down cooking combine. It's a little better if you combine everything in the rice cooker & let it sit for 15-20 minutes on "warm".

Serve.

Serving Size: makes 2-3 2 cup servings
