    6oz Grilled Sirlion Steak, 4 serving (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Garlic Powder, 4 tsp (remove)
    *onion powder, 4 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Basil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Plum Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)

Tips

For rare steak cook each steaks for 3 minutes on each side.

For Well done steaks cook steaks for 5 minutes on each side.

Directions

Perforate steak with fork (pork steaks with fork ) then set to side. Put Plum sauce (optional add soy sauce) in small bowl and mix together. Put all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and mix. Put steaks in wet ingredients bowl and coat steaks thoroughly. Then place steaks in dry ingredient bowl and coat.

Heat up grill for 5 minutes. Place steaks on grill and cook for 4 minuted on each side for medium well steaks.
