I made this for breakfast today. I substituted applesauce for the butter, pumpkin for the sweet potatoes and skipped the almonds. The calorie count was 120.7, fat 1 g, protein 2.9 and carb 26.3 per serving. Handy for eating on the go! - 7/21/08
