Ingredients

    3 cups Bran flakes
    1 cup Oats
    2/3 cup Greek Yogurt
    2/3 cup water
    6 oz Prunes
    5 oz Walnuts
    3 Eggs
    2/3 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup flax Seed
    1/2 tbsp baking soda
    Salt, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, to taste

Tips

lets the flakes, oats, yogurt and water soak while you mix everything else. Chop the walnuts and prunes, shred the carrots and apple.


Directions

Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
