    2 eggs beaten well
    4 tsp. coconut oil or melted butter
    1 teas baking powder
    1⁄4 Cup almond flour
    1⁄4 cup flax meal (all I have is golden)
    1 pkt Splenda
    1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt (or a little less)
    dash garlic powder
    rosemary-maybe 1/2 teaspoo

Directions

Microwave for 2 minutes then toast in toaster.
