Ingredients

    1 30oz bag of frozen hash brown potatoes
    42 oz of chicken stock
    1 can of cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup of frozen corn
    1 large carrot, chopped finely
    1 teaspoon of onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon of garlic
    1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
    1 8oz pkg. of low fat cream cheese, softened

Tips

You can add cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, chives, croutons, chicken, ham, or sour cream as toppings.


Directions

Mix all ingredients but the cream cheese in the crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. In the last hour of cooking add the cream cheese.
