Sweet Creamy and delicious Sweet Creamy and delicious

Ingredients

    1 medium Banana
    1 cup frozen, unsweetened Strawberries
    1 cup cold non-fat milk
Splenda, 3 Tablespoons (or to taste)
    3 or 4 ice cubes

Directions

Take 1 cup of whole, frozen unsweetened strawberries, and microwave on high for1 minute 30 seconds. Peel the banana and break into 3 or 4 peices. Place the banana chuncks and the strawberries into a food processor or blender. I find my food processor gives a creamier texture, but the results are good with a blender, too. Add the Splenda and milk, cover and blend. the blending should be long enough that you no longer see chunks of banana on the sides of the food processor or blender. Stop and add 3 or 4 ice cubes to the mixture and blend for a minute or two. Pour into a tall glass.
This is also delicious when frozen in little plastic cups and served like ice-cream.
One serving.
