Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. bakiing soda
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c cocoa
    2 large eggs
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sour milk
    2 tsp vanilla

    ** Sour milk before adding to receipe by stirring in 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar.

    Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl, making sure eggs are mixed well. Add boiling water, mix. Add sour milk and vanilla. Continue until thoroughly mixed; batter will be thin.

Directions

Makes 24 cupcakes; 1/2 receipe to make one dozen.
Bake at 350 degrees, 15-20 minutes. Use toothpick to test.
