Ingredients

    1/3 C 1% cottage cheese
    1/4 C dry old fashioned oatmeal
    1 large egg + 1 large eggwhite
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp vanilla
    dash cinnamon
    sweetener if desired (Splenda, etc.)
    1 small banana, sliced
    1/8 C SF pancake syrup

Directions

Blend all ingredients except banana and syrup. Pour onto hot griddle, flip when bubbly and then cook until done. Slice bananas over pancakes and drizzle with syrup if desired.
