Ingredients

    1/8 cup of olive oil
    1 bulb of garlic
    4 lg onions
    4.5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    2 tbsp of garlic ginger paste
    1 jar of Pataks butter chicken sauce
    1 L of Whipping cream
    Spices

Directions

Put olive oil in large stockpot. Chop onions and garlic add to pot, cook till soft.
Cut chicken thighs into bite size pieces, add to pot with ginger garlic paste. cook till chicken is done.
Add jar of Patak's butter chicken sauce.
Let simmer for 20 mins.
add cream
