Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1/2 c. fresh pineapple chunks
    1 c. frozen blueberries / black raspberry mix (organic)
    1/2 c. nonfat greek yogurt
    1 c. spinach leaves (organic)
    3-4 kale leaves with stem removed (organic)
    1/2 small avocado
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
    2 c. cold water

Tips

I use an Oster "beehive" blender that does a great job of blending the greens. Makes a delicious breakfast with a poached egg and piece of whole seed/grain toast! Save a serving for a snack later in the day.


Directions

Wash, cut and prep all ingredients.
Start with 2 c water in high speed blender and blend in ingredients one at a time, adding the protein powder last.
