1 1/2 packets of Truvia
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
2 Tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Net Carbs comes to 6.7 per serving. I like to drink half after my aerobic walking one day and half the next day after working out with weights.
