Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    1/2 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1/4 cup Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour
    2 tbsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk Unsweetned
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    .5 cup Splenda
    2 large ripe bananas mashed

Tips

please note bananas are not included in nutritional because on WW fruit is free.


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 in small bowl mix together dry ingredients, in a larger bowl mix together wet ingredients, add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir well, Line 6 muffin tins with paper liners, spray liners and bake muffins about 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold totally delish
