Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 1/2 chicken breasts w/o skin and chopped
    2 cps chopped celery
    1 cp chopped carrots
    1 cp of chopped gtreen onions with greens
    2 cps chicken broth or the broth off of a whole chicken with fat removed
    11/2 cp brown rice (cooked)
    TBS basel
    Tbs Parsley
    Tbs Salt ( less of canned broth is used)
    Pinch of Anis seeds for flavor

Directions

Cook rice in 2 cps water, when rice is almost done add veggies and stock and cook for 10 min. Then add chopped breast and spices and cook till meat is well done. Soup is best when you let it set then reheated! The second day it will be the best!
