Introduction

Quick & Easy; like a pasta salad but served hot. Quick & Easy; like a pasta salad but served hot.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked rotini or penne pasta
    1/2 cup sliced zucchini
    1/2 cup sliced yellow summer squash
    1 cup diced (leftover/cooked) ham
    1/4 cup reduced-fat Italian dressing
    1/8 cup = (2 Tbl) chopped fresh basil leaves (please google dried equivalent)
    1/6 cup Parmesan store-bought grated cheese
    For a deeper flavor I added italian seasonings to taste

Directions

Cook pasta - when 4 minutes are left, add zucchini & squash. Drain. Put back into same pot. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to serving temp.
