Ingredients

    1 lb b/s chicken tenders raw
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano,
    Garlic, 1 clove minced
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp

Tips

I sometimes add other seasoning I like such as a little garlic salt. These can be done to taste.


Directions

Saute chicken in the olive oil. Add minced galic and stir. Then pour can of tomato over let this get warm then add all vegetables & seasoning on top cover and let steam vegetables until done. The last couple of minutes add mozzarella cheese to melt.
