Directions

In a small bowl combine all spices and mix well. Place half of seasoning in a zip lock quart bag.
In a large skillet, add 2 tsp of olive oil. Use a rubber spatula to coat bottom and sides of pan with oil.
Now place cut up Yam, bell pepper and onions in to pan. Sprinkle the half of spices from small bowl over the top of vegetables and mix covering all.
Now take diced chicken and place in the quart size bag that has remaining spices. Mix well so all chicken is coated lightly. Add chicken to Skillet and cook for 20 minutes. You will need to turn and mix vegetables and chicken a few times during this process. It takes 30minutes max to prepare and cook really yummy and easy. Each serving ends up with 3oz's of Chicken can be served with rice if you wish. We enjoy the flavor just by its self or with some homemade naan bread.
