Ingredients

2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 Large Roma tomato, seeded and diced or cut into chunks
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 oz Goat cheese crumbles
10 pecan halves, chopped
4 Tablespoons Newman's Own Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Divide baby spinach leaves onto two salad plates. Top with Goat cheese crumbles. Set aside. Place tomatos, oniion and balsamic dressing in small saucepan and heat until warm, (about 5 mins on med heat). Dish out Tomato and onion onto salad plates and pour warm dressing over all. Sprinkle with pecans and serve immediately. Makes 2 salads.
